You buy a beautiful journal; But what to write? If you're like me, you'll get a gorgeous journal only to feel like you don't have anything special enough to write to fill it.
Well, the way you can get around to writing is simply tell yourself you will write every day or week, and do it! Schedule a time each day or week for you to relax and write your thoughts down. For me, right before bed works best.
